<p>Is there anywhere I can view the images which accompany the lectures in a viewable size?</p>
<p>They are too small to read much of the text.</p>

Accepted Answer
Try right-clicking the image and selecting "Save image as...". Then you can open it up from wherever you saved it to and view it in a program that allows you to enlarge it or zoom in.
