I was listening to "Diamond soul" lecture and in that the speaker says there are many teachers of gnosis around the world who are fallen angels/demons/black magicians. What I do not understand is, if they are so, how can they teach us conjurations, about pentagram, mantras etc which protect us from dark forces? They themselves do spells, circles, mantras, have pentagram in their houses, then how can they belong to the dark side?

That's because such individuals have a split personality: one divine, one diabolic. We all belong to this category of being, known in middle eastern traditions as Hasnamussen. We all have God within, but we all have ego as well, most of us, anyways. There are levels of development in God, and there are levels of depravity in the ego. This is well described by the term "level of being" as the speaker of the aforementioned lecture stated.

Just because a person was a black magician in a past life does not mean they are practicing sorcery now, nor that the conjurations and invocations will not have effect. In many cases they may be humble, penitent and sincere, working with their free consciousness, as little as that may be, with the tools of this tradition in order to enact change. This is a beautiful thing.

The prayers will have no effect if the person is not sincere, and oftentimes those who are not sincere will consciously enter onto the black path, because it is easier to strengthen the ego one already has than to eliminate it. However, the truth is that many fallen bodhisattvas, fallen souls are ignorant of their mistakes; many are asleep just like any regular person. That is why they suffer. So long as there is a small percentage of consciousness not bottled within the ego, then that person has the capacity to raise their level of being through Gnostic methodology.

There is a tendency amongst students to point fingers at people and to condemn them as black magicians, sorcerers, devils, demons, fallen angels, etc. While this is true, many students and practitioners also fail to remember that so long as the ego is alive within each and every one of us, we all belong, to some degree, to the black lodge. Therefore, it is absurd to accuse others of evil when we have that within our interior. For as the Master Jesus so wisely taught us:

Judge not, that ye be not judged.

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam [is] in thine own eye?

Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
Despite this advice, many persons within spiritual movements continue to accuse their neighbor, which is unfortunate.
The marked tendency to blame others is an obstruction, an obstacle to the understanding of our own mistakes.

Unfortunately, it is an extremely difficult task to destroy within ourselves the tendency to blame others.

In the name of truth, we would say that we are the only ones to blame for the diverse, unpleasant circumstances of life.

-Samael Aun Weor, The Great Rebellion: Meditation

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
