Alot of teachers, especially in the East recommend that the beginner would best meditate at every quarter of the 24hour timeframe, for example 12am, 6am, 12pm, 6pm. They say that the energy at these times are conductive towards meditation, thus we should take advantage of this. Are those times more or less accurate? Thank you.

The best time to meditate is when you feel drowsy and your body is naturally relaxed. For most people this is early in the morning or at nighttime just before bed. The energies present in nature in the early morning hours make this a further beneficial time to meditate and to practice vocalization and Runes.

However when you meditate isn't as important as to whether or not you are actually meditating. What's most important is to practice everyday.
