Every living creature goes into the astral dimension when the physical body sleeps. To become aware of that is nothing special, it only requires awareness and energy.

Many people talk about astral projection but have never experienced it. They are just liars, parrots, etc.

Most of those who practice astral projection are merely black magicians, thus what they experience is related only to the submerged, inferior levels of nature (hell).

Very few people learn objective astral projection, which is what we learn in Gnosis. Only through sexual purity and scientific meditation can one learn to be awakened in the heavenly realms.
