Is all of the genocide, killing, murder and forcing people to be slaves all symbolic of ego or is some of it literal?

The language of the consciousness is symbolic. Therefore, a literal reading of the scriptures is dead and only produces stupidity. Death, war, killings and violence in the Bible represent the battle of the soul against the negative forces, both within and without.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
