What could be the meaning of someone dream (vivid astral experience) about a friend being pregnant?
(considering that this friend isn't much likely to be pregnat due to her age)?

That person or someone similar to them is planning to do something, or will cause something new to come about. One has to compare to the physical circumstances in order to know what the new thing will be.
