Last night I was having a lot of astral experiences related to many old vices and defects. Upon return to my body I began the customary retrospective exercise. I found myself in a location that I haven't been to in years. I laid down to attempt an astral projection and when I felt ready I performed the jump. I did not fly or even float. Thus, I concluded that I was not in my astral body.

However, I soon found myself back in my bed where I had began the meditation. Obviously, my astral experiment was not taking place in the 3rd dimension but some other dimension. It could not have been the 5th dimension or I would have floated when I jumped, correct?
Only by meditating on this experience can you resolve where you were in each stage of the experience. Be aware that even in the internal worlds, the mind can be very dense and not see where it is. Even flying, it can be asleep. Even when it thinks it is awake, it can be asleep.

Furthermore, even in the physical world, one can float, by utilizing Jinn science. So, the simple test of floating or not floating does not resolve one's location. We use the floating test as a clue to awaken consciousness in the moment, but it is not foolproof, since our minds are very, very dense.

In the end, where one was does not matter so much. What is important is the continuity of consciousness, and what caused it to change. This is vital knowledge. Find out how and why you move from awake to asleep, in any dimension. This matters.
