I was listening to one of the lectures from the course "mediation essentials". The speaker near the end of the lecture advised to download the "Spiritual Dairy" which will significantly help the students to look at things about themselves that they would not normally do, plus many other important things that would with mediation and ovservation.
There a was a hyper link for that dairy in the lecture's ppt pdf file but when I open the link, it leads to a glorian webpage where it says "oops the link is not available".
Can any of the instructor please share that Spiritual Dairy or the link for downloading?
