So I'm knew here, but I have been interested in learning Gnosticism for a while. I have read some of the introductory articles on the website but I still feel kind of lost.
Anyone have any ideas or tips?

If you don't mind listening to lectures as well, we have a set of audio lectures that are selected to help provide a good introduction to the teachings (see the link below).

I would also recommend the following:

1) Try out some of the practices for yourself. Much of what we teach in Gnosis is hard to understand if you have not experienced it for yourself. Fortunately, this is a very practical wisdom, and the teachings are aimed at helping you to have such experiences. So do some practices. Try out some of the stuff we teach. And keep at it. You won't always see results the first time you try a particular exercise (though it's quite possible that you will), but if persist, you should start to see some effects.

2) Keep praying (or start, if you haven't already). And learn how to listen, so you can receive guidance from your Innermost. True understanding comes from God, and a large part of the teachings are meant to help bring us closer to our Inner Being. He should be guiding you every step of the way.

3) Don't lose hope. Everyone experiences some confusion at first. The Gnostic teachings are vast and deep, but if you study, meditate, and practice, confusion will give way to clarity and you will begin to understand.

In the meantime, if there are specific topics you would like to learn more about, or particular areas of confusion you would like to discuss, feel free to post on these forums.
