Hello, when I work on myself I see my defects and I need to judge them strictly, followed by meditation.
And then I also see defects in other people, my friends, close ones, and my mind judges them, but somehow I must not judge them, only myself. Moreover, my life changes in a way that I realise that I can't do things I did before, I don't want to go to places I went before, I need to explain myself, things get complicated.
Can you please maybe give an advice?

Yes, our ego judges everybody else very quickly and in full detail, but not itself Yet, if you notice defects in others, keep that in the back of your mind. It could happen that you see a certain situation externally (happening to others) and later discover the same drama within yourself. Additional perspectives like these can teach us a lot about ourselves.

Find a way to share your views respectfully ("I am not interested in X anymore / Y is no longer fun for me") and repeat the message as long as necessary. Some people will accept it quickly, some will need years to memorize it.
