I'm trying to eat better. I was wondering if anybody could suggest some staple healthy meals that you go to a lot that are relatively easy to make.

I have been using an instant pot to make dried pinto beans and rice. I was happy when I read to use butter liberally on here . For lunch been bringing cabbage, chopped tomatoes, onions and avocado and beans. But need more options or my eyes start wandering to those tempting foods chains. Thanks.
