Dear friends, I would like to ask you about pranic nourishment. Is it possible to survive without food and water for many years? I can not believe it. Thank you for your answer in advance.

There are many examples of yogis living without food, just as there are those who endured many other unusual experiences. But so what? Mere physical phenomena are meaningless if the soul remains in bondage to a body, and a mind fascinated by transient illusions. The body will die. The real question is: can we live without the body? The answer is yes, if we awaken and free ourselves from physicality.
