What do you meab by comprehending it through meditation ? Please don't say read the books as i am naturally reading them but help in giving me the methods of practical experience. Anyone could read the book and understand it but the most important to apply what in them then help others

The instructions are given in a simple way on the link below. Where he mentions "a plant," simply exchange that for visualizing a moment in your day when you felt anger. Through practice, gradually, we will be able to talk to the ego of anger, to watch it and investigate it, and along the way, it will have less influence over us. Eventually, we can destroy it.
