My queries are about transmutation. I am meditating daily but having no progress with dream yoga/astral projection. My visualization is very poor, and i believe i have aphantasia.

I understand that sexual transmutation is key, but i want to understand the subtleties of this.

I am married, but my wife is not following any kind of spiritual path, and i keep most of this from her, from fear of her thinking i am going crazy!

We have sex occasionally. I have stopped all pornography, but still occasionally masturbate, but WITHOUT ejaculation.

My questions are:

1. When we have sex, if i ejaculate, does that negate all progress, or is sexual ejaculation ok occasionally?

2. By not ejaculating, is this still transmutation?

3. Should i stop all masturbation completely, even without ejaculation?

4. How do so many people appear to acheive astral projection without any sexual transmutation?
