I meditated for a hour and ended up falling asleep (I read that it was a good thing for that to happen) and I experienced a lot through that slumber, but when I woke up I had a minor headache. I'm not sure if it was because I've never meditated for that long before or if it's because I did something wrong. Any help?

- Thank you

Headaches like that can often be caused by grinding your teeth while you sleep. That's not necessarily a result of your meditation practice.

Keep practicing and see if the problem persists. Even if your body does fall asleep, remember that your consciousness should remain awake and alert. You might even be able to tell if your body is grinding its teeth by observing it while it is asleep.
