Does Theurgy and White Tantra have any connections and in that case how is it connected?

There are three forms of theurgy or magic:

  • Elemental Magic (Netzach, the mind)
  • Ceremonial Magic (Hod, the heart)
  • Sexual Magic (Yesod, vitality)
These relate to the triangle of priesthood in the Tree of Life. It is not possible to be a complete theurgist without exercising all three forms of magic or priesthoods.
For thirty years I sought God. But when I looked carefully I found that in reality God was the seeker and I the sought. -Bayazid al-Bastami
