My question here is that, I can relax physically and make no movements physically speaking, and then my thoughts, I try to relax my mind to where I stop thinking, the next step is to cultivate drowsiness so I can see internal images through my pitituary gland, the problem is that once drowsiness kicks in, I fall asleep or lose consciousness, what practice can I practice to stay conscious when drowsiness kicks in?
