I currently do minimum 3 times per week. Is that enough?

Also I have noticed some things that i would like to share with you.

I had two experiances.

First is after we finished the session i immediately noticed some tingling going from base spine to my top spine on both sides of spine. The next day i was almost ecstatic the whole day. I remember that my thoughts while doing my session were like wondering "what is happening right now?" but in a curious way. I think i did something right there but i cant tell for sure.

Second was another session which at the end of it i felt like small trembles in my legs mostly. Was that a bad sign?

Generally in my sessions i try to be as calm as possible and be present to what i am doing.

What kind of mindset should have one inexperianced man when doing sexual alchemy?

Are any good or bad sings to be aware of?

Thank you.

Each couple will have their own natural rhythm.

Do not look for physical signs; they are unreliable.

The most important aspect of this is psychological: watch your mind.

Please can you elaborate a little on the mind...
You mean watch my mind as an observer or be careful of lust during sexual alchemy?
If you have any sources that are related to this topic please share them with me...

Lust is a psychological state that manifests in three centers: intellect, emotions, and action. To discriminate lust (desire) from love, you have to observe yourself and meditate upon what you observe. Discriminating between lustful passion and genuine conscious love is not easy, because our ego does not want to die.
