“One of them is, for example, to observe (for a certain time), the transition state between wakefulness and sleep. If one dedicates oneself to observing that transition state, one discovers the "escape door". One has to do it for a while. When one knows that "escape door", one can get out at will by using that "door".“ - Samael Aun Weor.
I work in a factory that includes two night shifts. During break time on night shifts I take advantage of the body being extremely tired, and the mind being alert(with some help of coffee) by going to sleep in my car and watching this transition process. It happens very quick due to the above causes and conditions. Several times I have felt myself “falling” and then a shift from body consciousness, to a more subtle body consciousness. The problem is when this happens and I feel like I am in a vaporous body, but when I gently try to get up it always seems to be the physical body. Could I please ask for some guidance here at this stage?
Is this the “escape door” that Samael speaks of?
It’s like I have shifted to another body that’s lighter and more subtle but then when I move it’s not with that body.
Thank you in advance.
