What is the difference between the right hand path, the left hand path and the middle?

What is the difference between the right hand path, the left hand path and the middle?

I can understand and distinguish the left but can't understand what is the difference from the middle and the right.

Also I remember hearing that after the creation of the causal body the intiate has a choice to make to either follow the spiral path or the direct path. Is this related or is it a different thing.

The middle path is the path of the bodhisattva, the direct path, which goes beyond good (the right) and evil (the left).

In the beginning, the right and the middle paths are the same. They diverge only for those who have created the solar bodies and decide to abandon the path of the "saints" (the right hand path), choosing instead to move more rapidly and intensely towards complete awakening, which is the path of the revolution, the direct path.
