Hi,
I must be pure in action, mind and word. I am begginer and I started to act right but the mind is messed up, and I do say wrong things. I try to look at women without lust but (especially in modern times) they often wear very attractive clothes and sort of attract lust. I do try to act happy and peaceful but in the mind when some situations occur with angry people around me, the anger is still there big time. So I guess what I m trying to say is that it's one thing to give yourself a goal of becoming somebody and a totally different thing when demons (anger, lust etc) attack me in real time. What can I do when those demons attack me in the mind? This strong feeling of temptation... Seems that I can only avoid those situations, run away from them. Too strong to take. I can to not become identified sometimes but far from everytime. Even while doing pranayama sometimes the mind interferes with its demons..

In times of strong temptation, one needs to submerge into introspection, into profound meditation.
