Hi, I’ve always tended to have a very sensitive sexual organ and after being chaste for over a month me and my wife would like to begin transmutation. My one problem is that it is so sensitive that it feels like I can’t really begin because I feel already close to orgasm before starting. My question is, would it be acceptable to use a small amount of a lidocaine based numbing agent to lower the sensitivity and lower the chance of orgasm? Or would this somehow affect the work? Thanks
