Hello
I remember hearing a long time ago that in Buddhist practice a practitioner starts out by training to develop a very strong and profound comprehension of:
-Karma
-Impermenance
-Death
Could someone please give referance to were this is discussed further.
Ive recently been reading an introduction to gnosis by Samael Aun Weor and to be honest I thought it would have been a quick read but by taking a sentence, paragraph etc and meditating on it and allowing taht meditation to open up I'm starting to see that there are allot of basic things that to be honest I'm not doing as well or at all i.e. not justifying and condeming, when meditating on taht was able to see how this was occruring in day to day life. It was helpful but it has sparked a humbling feeling that there is allot to learn and we need a solid comprehensive foundation in the basics.
Thanks
