Greeting's! Given the correct versus incorrect direction of how our chakra's spin, I am confused by which direction to envision them. Do I do clockwise from my internal view (looking at a clock, it would spin toward my right side), or from the external view looking at my body (toward the left side)? Then, the base chakra, the same question, toward my right foot, or toward my left foot? Also, when we do the seven mantra vowel's, can we also envision their spin and colors, or is it more important to just escape into meditation while making the sounds?
