Samael states that the zodiac sign of Scorpio has a difficult first half of life.... why did he generalise people under this sign in that way?

Being under the influence of Cancer, another watery sign I’ve had my own difficulties from early on and I would assume that many others born under different zodiacal influences have experienced difficulties in their first half of life.
These zodiacal principles are general. Also, we have to remember that all of us, who are close to their last 108th humanoid existence, already have passed throughout many of the zodiacal houses in our previous incarnations.

Therefore we carry many latent tendencies from our past existences. However, our current zodiacal sign just tends to predominate since it is most current.
