Greetings,

I wonder if I understand the practice correctly and hope for some confirmation or correction.

As I am not able to induce / experience a conscious Astral Projection I chant (mentally) two mantras each day.
During the day, in the afternoon, I take a full hour and chant EGIPTO.
In the evening, while falling asleep, I chant the mantra FARAON.

When chanting EGIPTO, I visualize the pyramids like I do when chanting FARAON.

Is this correct?
Or should I only stick to EGIPTO, also in the evening when falling asleep, until I experience my first OBE?

Thank you and all my best!
The lecture we referenced has a comments feature, where the instructor answered the same question:
You can vocalize a regenerative mantra (Egipto) for an hour daily and also practice a separate astral projection mantra when you go to sleep.
Egipto regenerates the chakras so that astral projection is easier. You can then use another mantra when falling asleep.

Thank you. It’s interesting for sure, as it explains what mantras are and how they work.
But, unfortunately, it still gives me not the answer I was looking for.
My question is if one should chant EGIPTO, and only EGIPTO, until the first Astral Projection is experienced - or if one should chant EGIPTO as a „preparation“ (throughout the day, in a 1 hour-session whenever you find the time), and then chant (for example) FARAON while falling asleep.

Thus, I don’t understand if EGIPTO is itself already an AP-mantra (suitable for the practice while falling asleep at night), or only some sort of „predecessor“ for other mantras.

Thanks for any clarification!
