Dream Symbolism.
Peace. I was wondering what could possibly be the symbolism of a dream whereby I'm comfortably swimming but then I come across coral reef and it hurts when I step on them then all of a sudden I have the fear of proceeding on swimming. Thanks.
There could be many meanings, which is why you must meditate on the dream and pray to your Innermost to illuminate the significance for you, personally. I suggest using the Fons Alpha to help penetrate the meaning.
Generally speaking, water relates to sex/sexuality, though it can have other meanings. It is also important to consider the quality of the water (calm or turbulent, clean or murky, etc.) and how you felt at each point in the dream.

"If thou canst not make thine own self what thou desireth, how shalt thou be able to fashion another to thine own liking. We are ready to see others made perfect, and yet we do not amend our own shortcomings."
