When are husband and wife divorced in biblical terms?
“But I say unto you, that whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causes her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced commits adultery.” – Matthew 5: 32

What is fornication?

The Zohar explain the esoteric meaning of fornication as follows:

ויגרש את האדם
And He divorced Ath, HaAdam

And He divorced את (Ath), האדם the Adam is literally translated as: “He drove out the man.”

Rabbi Eleazar said, “We do not know who divorced whom: If the blessed Holy One (presence of the goddess, the Shechinah שכינה) divorced Adam, or not.

In the Zohar, את (Ath) becomes a name for the Shechinah שכינה (the female aspect of God), who comprises the totality of divine speech, the entire alphabet from Aleph א to Tav ת.

Revelation 1:8: “I am alpha and omega.”

Who drove out Ath את? HaAdam. Adam actually drove out Ath את!

Consequently, it is written: “Iod-Hava Elohim יהוה אלהים expelled him from the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:23). Why did Iod-Hava Elohim יהוה אלהים expel Adam? Because Adam through the orgasm of the beasts drove out (or divorced) Ath את (the Shechinah שכינה), as we have explained.

By dividing the biblical sentence, He drove out את (Ath) HaAdam, into two units, Rabbi Eleazar transforms its meaning. The first unit consists of: He divorced את (Ath). The following sentences of (Genesis 3:23) identify the subject of the sentences with Adam." - Zohar

Temptation is fire. The triumph over temptation is light, which is the outcome of fire.

So, “Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of Elohim: for Elohim cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. Do not err, my beloved brethren.” – James 1: 13-16
