Hello Instructors,

In one of master Samael's lectures on this site, he gives an exercise to develop clairvoyance with an exercise using a glass of water. I was wondering if you can clarify the exact process of the exercise.

He states:

Look, the glass is placed like this, facing us, with as much water as the one you see here. Then, one concentrates on the water, in such a way that the sight passes through the glass and falls exactly in the center of the water, that is, here, in the center of the circle, at the point of the circle (but that the sight passes through between the glass and land on the center of the circle).

Is the idea to look at the glass of water from the top, penetrating the gaze through the water to concentrate on the centre bottom of the glass? Or is it looking at it from side on and penetrating through the glass and water to somewhere in the middle of the glass etc?

Appreciate any feedback and thank you in advance.

You need to have the right angle, whereby you can perceive the center from the top down. Some people who are taller might have an easier job looking from a distance, whereas shorter persons might have to get closer. :D

The whole time I was doing this exercise I was looking at the cup of water from the side 🤦

I have read that Nostradamus used a copper vessel like a bowl, would the technique still be the same as the glass cup method if we were to use that instead?

Hello? Can I get some further clarification on this exercise please? There are two links, one claims we should use 1.) A few drops of liquid mercury 2.) A small mirror at the bottom of the glass? and 3.) Vocalizing the mantra ISIS.
https://glorian.org/learn/courses-and-lectures/lectures-by-samael-aun-weor/how-to-develop-magical-powers-clairvoyance-clairaudience-astral-projection

In another link, Samael uses nothing but water within the glass. There is no mention of Mercury or mantras or mirrors. Now, I would prefer this method since I'd rather not have to use mercury or spend time reciting mantras because 1.) Mercury is expensive and 2.) difficult to dispose of.
https://glorian.org/learn/courses-and-lectures/lectures-by-samael-aun-weor/practices-to-develop-clairvoyance-and-experiences-in-the-internal-worlds

Lastly, Samael says we should place a mirror at the bottom of the glass. How does one place a mirror at the 'bottom' of a glass? Does he mean the glass needs to placed on TOP of a mirror (Now the mirror is at the 'bottom' of the glass'

Or did he mean the mirror needs to be INSIDE the glass at its base? It'd be hard to find a mirror small enough to fit INSIDE a glass, please clarify which of these two things he meant....

(Am I correct in assuming that the water needs to fill the glass a little above 3/4 full?)

How do I proceed? I'd like to use the method with nothing but water...
