Hello.
For many months I have been employing, to the best of my ability, the act of living consciously. It has not been easy, and I have learned a lot of hard lessons about who I am. Especially when I catch myself becoming angry. I am usually able to contain it immediately, through reasoning and acceptance. My question relates to dreams I started having after doing this soul searching. I started having very odd dreams, and most disturbingly, I have a lot of dreams where I act very hateful and irate -- in ways I never act in waking life.
Is there anything about this on your site?
