Bad Habit!!!
Dear Instructor,
I have been caught in a habit of smoking lately, i used to have that will to not fall prey into any habits and before when i used to smoke, drink or do anything that was used to be conscious choice now i feel it has become rather daily compulsion maybe due to last month due to certain set back in relationship i used that habit as an escape now i feel addicted what to do how to overcome this habit, any insights?

To fully eliminate addiction, you must observe, comprehend, and eliminate the egos that characterize it.
Many conventional programs exist to help overcome smoking. However, such results are limited, because the egos of smoking will continue to exist in the subconsciousness awaiting the next lifetime or opportunity to arise.
While some programs can be useful, the best method is self-observation and meditation.
