My AP progress seems to improve… slowly more and more, in a sense of that I feel I am maybe getting there…
Before sleep I chant the Mantras I E O U A M S to generate energy in my bodies.
After doing that I let my body relax as much as I can, but;
1) When I lay on my back, it seems like an unending challenge, I just cannot reach the point of total paralysis, or let us say the part of vigil/dreamy as Samael described, so I can actually “stand up”… I still do it occasionally to get used to it.
The only thing I feel is a distinctive intensive pressure on my skull/third eye area after a long time, my body is kind of “numb”, but the moment I would even execute the slightest millimeter of movement, my body moves, leading to nowhere.
What can I do ?
2) As I lay on my back it is almost impossible for me to even fall asleep, what happens is that I mostly cannot take it anymore after almost an hour and then I switch to laying on the side, thus I fall asleep…
Is it possible to AP on my side ? Will it be harder than on the back, since you have a greater chance to “pass away” forgetting to focus?
What else can I try to strengthen my progress ?
