I have a question regarding sunflower eye sight remedy from the book mentioned in the title.

It says we should distill the leaves of this plant, but which leaves? The leaves on the blossom part of the plant (yellow leaves) or the leaves on the stem part of the plant (green leaves)

I would appreciate if someone can clarify this for me.
