I would prefer to perform these exercises with my eyes open for two reasons 1.) When doing the 's' sound in the squatting position I begin to lose a bit of a balance if my eyes are closed. 2.) I do these exercises in the bushes in a public park where people may come upon me and if my eyes are closed it'd totally throw me off when I open my eyes and see them all of a sudden.
I know that the instructor has said that 5 things are needed. chastity, concentration, visualization, prayer and relaxation. I can still visualize the chakras in my body pretty well even with my eyes open but perhaps not as well so... is there a problem with what I'm suggesting? Thanks for all your support by the way.
