I understand that Sivananda and Samael Aun Weor mention that Mental Japa and Mantralization is 1,000 times better than physical. I also understand that the vowels I,E,O,U,A are related to specific organs and that the blood flows to specified organ when a vowel is pronounced. However, I was curious if this also applied to mental Vocalization.
I was reading "El Magico Poder del Mantram" by Huiracocha and he mentions the part about the blood flowing to the organs as well during Vocalization, and this is when I got to thinking about this just to have a clear conscience.
It makes sense that physical Vocalization will allow the blood to flow to the organs, however, I'm confused how this could work the same by mental japa if our vocal cords aren't a vibrating. How can the blood flow through mental japa if the vocal cords are resting?
