Hi Ive just started reading introduction of Gnosis book. Can i just start practicing all the Lessons? Be Glad for your help.

You might want to dedicate a month or so to each practice, so that you have greater depth and results. However, you need to gauge your needs.

Examine what you need to develop in your spiritual life so that you can work towards a realistic goal.
