Almost a decade ago, "love" was first introduced in life.
My evil took them both & then loss was born.
Today it is still difficult to move on & remove those attachments.

How would one meditate to remove affects of past attachments from ourselves?

After the breakup & death of another - it's been unnaturally difficult to hold conversations & build relationships, for years.

"I'm lost in the world. I barely know myself." It feels as if my head will split apart when these thoughts occur.

Reaching out to ask for your guidance on how we meditate to remove attachments [that seems to be the solution to me & most likely could be incorrect]. While sorting through other fields of solutions, this will serve as a spiritual one.
