What is the difference between judging, and discussing somebodies misconduct or unethical behavior.

The ego of criticism produces friction and dissonance, whereas the consciousness is harmoniously persuasive, even when such advice is difficult to hear. In the former state, desire is present, whereas with the second, there is no “I,” only selfless, intuitive, and compassionate insight.
