Hi instructors, so a common remedy for lustful thoughts is to protect the mind by always contemplating god with mantras, contemplation of the true nature of Brahman etc etc however I can say that once a lustful thought arises it basically knocks these pure thoughts out my mind. And it’s nearly impossible to put my thoughts back to those pure thoughts. Why is this and how can I build the muscles of these pure thoughts.
