Hi, I have two questions please:

1. I'm transmuting with a partner and avoiding orgasm while remembering my divine mother during the act. How do I know I'm making progress on the path? Am I supposed to feel anything that signifies I'm making progress?

2. How long does it take to awaken the kundalini?

Thanks.

1. You measure your progress based on comprehension. How much of your ego have you understood and eliminated? How chaste are you in the sexual act, not only physically, but psychologically?

2. This lecture describes how long it takes.

For thirty years I sought God. But when I looked carefully I found that in reality God was the seeker and I the sought. -Bayazid al-Bastami

Is anyone able to respond???

Thanks for your response. One more question...if I'm transmuting with Pranayama, how long should I do it per day? How much is enough to transmute the sexual energy?

Samael Aun Weor mentioned that pranayama must be practiced a minimum of fifteen minutes per day. However, some students practice longer due to their energy levels and needs. Learn to gauge your body and mind, especially by examining the quality of your psychological states before and after transmutation. With time and experience, you will gain a better sense of how much pranayama is sufficient for you.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"

Thanks a ton
