In the book of Revelation, there is a concept of the Great White Throne Judgement. It is written there are 144,000 souls that would be ascended or elevated to heaven. But it is also written that the number represents the Initiate and his consciousness as well. My question is, how are only 144,000 able to receive these full initiations, but a great number of beings perish in the abyss, in a cosmic cycle of evolution. Doesn't this number repeat with the cycle of each manvantara? This makes me consider, the rapture could be an experience slowly entered into with obedience to the Spirit as like a shared focus in deep meditation, in the being. Is it related with the structure of the chakra system, and if not, why are so many beings condemned to cosmic involution? What is the difference between the Great White Throne Judgement in that book, and a mahamanvantara of the Solar system?
