Hello,
As I understood, it's a constant battle against defects. The progress is on only when we get conscious and have enough energy not to allow our egos to manifest and fuel them. My question is about failure to those defects. When we fail to be conscious and fuel desire/defects again we get bad consequences. Then we go back to battle then again and try to conquer them. How many attempts to we get? And especially with lust? It is said in lectures that it s the most difficult work- in the nine Sphere, and it s where most people fail. Does God allow us to retry infinite times or at some point we just fail and that's it?

We will fail if we no longer have remorse and the willingness to change.

Most people who renounce their covenant with divinity (transmutation) do so very convinced that it is unnecessary. Convinced of their self-sufficiency, they walk away from God, not the other way around.
