I've been learning some books of Master Samael Aun Weor for a while now and I learnt that the Arcane A.Z.F and the dissolution of the ego are very important.
And we need to learn as soon as possible the astral projection to have the knowledge directly from above.
So, as I am still single now and can't get married yet ,
what exercise can I do to dissolve the ego, cause we can only dissolve them by practicing the Arcane A.Z.F ... and as I've said i'm single.
And that exercise can I do to learn the astral projection?

Comprehension through meditation is the key. Single persons can annihilate up to 50% ego. The rest requires more power through a matrimony.
