I pose this question because I've noticed that there are many people on this earth with exemplary character and conduct but are uninitiated. They do not find interest in occultism, spirituality or even religion in certain cases. Are these people capable of spiritual mastery in the state that they are in? I.e, do not care about gnosticism but are still charitable, kind and hard working individuals etc

Gnosis is the root of all religions and can be approached by persons of any tradition, so long as they practice them consciously.

As for spiritual mastery, can you build a house without using the necessary tools, training, and planning?

Having ethical responsibility, character, and good will is merely the foundation by which a master can be born. It is not the end result.
