Hello instructors, I know about the sequence of vowels IEOUAMS and their corresponding glands and organs. I am curious about whether there are mantras for other organs such as the kidneys. I remember reading somewhere that the mantra G relates to the liver. I believe this was explained for the mantra EGIPTO. It seems that the kidneys are intimately related to the sexual energy and so, logically, sexual transmutation would be the most direct way to heal the kidneys and awaken their chakras. Is this correct?
I also hear a lot about Traditional Chinese Medicine and different herbs or foods for the kidneys. Is there any merit to these claims as a way to cleanse or heal them?
