I have been practicing Self-Observation for a month as of now and I am quite able to differentiate between me being conscious or 'asleep'.

Most of the time when I am 'awake', my mind seems to be mysteriously quiet and when I am asleep, it runs wildly and makes me fantasize but as soon as I wake up and realize it is just a fantasy, it shuts up and remains like that as long as I am awake. I also hear a different type of voice when I am awake. It gives me advice and also makes me do things I am usually scared to do. I also hear a voice which seems to be my Divine Mother and I pray to Her every night before sleep. I am confused which the question if these voices really are my Being or is it just a mental creation?

Please enlighten me on this,

Regards and Best Wishes

You need to learn to discern the voice of divinity by knowing with your heart. Your heart can feel what you must do, according to your conscience. If the voice is guiding you to do what you are afraid to do, but you feel in your heart that it is what is right and that it must be done, then that voice is coming from the conscience.

When in doubt, remain cautious and wait. Do not assume it is or is not divinity guiding you, but wait and reflect until you know for certain.
