Good Weekend,

Recently, an instructor personally recommended replacing movies with operas. I have had little to no success. Weening myself off of popular culture media has been slow and successful (despite the fact that all of those undigested impressions fabricate a fraction of my reality).

Entertainment, artful leisure, and a sliding scale of repose/activity is an inherent part of Gnosis, but it must be done wisely!

Since operas are an amphora of initiation in the form of regenerative film, I need to immerse myself in their teachings. If you could direct me in the correct way, it would be much appreciated. Until then, I am going to investigate https://chicagognosis.org/the-secret-teachings-of-opera.html

Thank You

Comprehend and meditate on the fact that one day you will die. Therefore you will not waste time in distractions.
