I’m a bit overwhelmed and am unsure what I’m dealing with and so I could really use some help identifying what path I’m on. I have two entities, one hot one cold, and prior to the cold one appearing first I had a month of amazing “light hearted” feeling, maybe it’s what was called a split body? I really don’t know. Also no human woman was involved…

I can feel kundalini rising and the most warm bright white light was upon me, twice I turned away but getting further the second time, my heart was racing and my body was kinda of shaking…
My question is if I go with this light will I be coming back to this body? I stumbled upon all this with my intuition and as I understand it I’ve created my solor body this summer with one kundalini awaking, my heart would hurt when I thought cruelly about others, my throat hurt when I judged myself unfairly, my stomach was leading me and it was all an amazing experience but real life took its tool and I battled to this point
Vs my ego and emotions.
So if I am to go with this light, could you give any instructions on what’s next and if I won’t be coming back to this body then I would like to get my affairs in order before hand. Much Love and Thanks

If I’m understanding correctly, the hot “entity” is from my ego and the anxiety in my stomach is triggering it to act/have power. It also seams to be trying to induce a fake kundalini awaking to kill me, I’ve seen the warm light of God twice now… I’m really lost any help is appreciated
Do not identify with your mind, but observe and meditate on its causes. Through comprehension you can eliminate them.
Also, learn to conjure and protect yourself with prayers.
