As i understand even angels are on the "path towards the creator or they are selected to do "work" for the "creator.
It is talked about that some angelse have been human before and some ( most) have not. ex that Metatron and Sandalphon have been humans before as i understand.
Is there any special practice in Glorian that we can use to helt angels or learn more about them or is this done by inner practice and giving thanks, im not sure how to approach this the correct way.
It is also talked about that "angels" are light, as you fokus or be still with the visualisation of colors of light this is also to be in contact with the specific angels that you want to be in contact with.
To my experience it seems that when you repeat your wish ( ex that "my cells to renewed" to be repated in mind) over and over again and visualise green try to be still and close attention to your breath it seem to be beneficial for the body, as i understand negative energies are drawn or spinned out of the body and the body can e felt as " feather light" and in a more happy overall state after practice.
Do glorian have some reflection on this and some experiences that can be shared ?
