I have let a long time slip away. Fortunately, we have these teachings. A few months ago in the internal worlds, some people taught me to manipulate time through Yesod and the fourth dimension while flying and floating in the air as a pentagram, but they did not teach me how to. How does any of this correlate with the teachings? How do we utilize the fourth dimension to manipulate time practically and wisely as a basic part of time management throughout the day?
Someone in our book study referenced Rudolf Steiner's The Fourth Dimension, and even though the first sentence is,
I do not find anything about his book, time, nor Yesod "elementary." If you could provide some practical tips for manipulating and managing the short time that we have, I would appreciate it.

Time management is best learnt through the path of the fakir: the development of willpower in fulfilling one's daily tasks and responsibilities. Jinn science is for initiation, awakening the consciousness upon the fourth way: Gnosis.
If you want to travel in the fourth dimension, what is needed is a lot of faith, drowsiness, and dedication. Jinn states are sacred and are conferred upon us when we meet the ethical requirements for their realization.
